Staff is open and honest. Never had a problem there and I've been there numerous times
it was my first day in ontario, i didn't have accomodation procedures made for my college...here (mohawk college) . I checked in...and the rooms are awesome and the receptionist and welcoming , friendly and hospitable.. great service, reasonable price....

I was comfortable there I got quite the exercise while I was there running up an down the 3 flights of stairs lol the owners are great the wife is very nice an polite and so is the husband they allow 1/2 guest nothing more just don't have to much traffic and do not have toxics friends and you will be just fine the guy that works nights is cool
